TJC is currently providing civil/site design services on this 32,900 SF hanger and office building located at Centennial Airport. Services include development submittals to Arapahoe County, ACWWA, SEMSWA, and Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority (Centennial Airport) as well as following all design guidelines for the Centennial InterPort master planned development. The site encompasses parking lot design, drainage, grading, horizontal control, and water quality features, in addition to, the design of the hanger apron connecting the plane storage to the airport taxiway.
