Kiewit Fleet Maintenance

TJC provided full civil engineering services for this 35,000 SF PFEB situated on a 7-acre site. The fleet maintenance and office building consolidates three off-site buildings and will be utilized on the Central 70 Project which is the reconstruction of I-70 through Denver between I-25 and Chambers Road. The improvements are located within Kiewit’s 64-acre regional campus and includes a TJC previously designed regional retention pond and water quality facility. TJC prepared a drainage plan verifying the regional retention pond capacity to accept the impacts of the site’s improvements. Additionally, TJC designed the watermain loop, sanitary sewer extension, sand/oil separator, grading, and horizontal control.
