Situated on the south shore of Autrey Reservoirs these 94 units on 7.2 acres sounds like a breeze compared to the tight infill projects we’ve been working on. However, bisecting the site is an irrigation ditch which feeds the reservoir that will be relocated. Additionally, the long slender site complicates grading – nonetheless, we appreciate the challenge.
