Windmill Creek Condos

This 28 building multifamily development included the 200 unit/12-building Centennial East apartment complex adjacent to the 14-building Windmill Creek condominium development. The development included two clubhouses, two pools, and multiple detached garages on 20 acres adjacent to Windmill Creek. The design included channelization of Windmill Creek, a regional detention facility, and extension of East Freemont Avenue.
