TJC provided full civil engineering design for this 1.12-acre site at the corner of Jewell and Kipling including grading, storm drainage, utilities, and construction administration. The site design included confirming adequacy of a regional detention and water quality pond, shared site access roadway, and grading design to accommodate a steeply sloping site.
